Anna Cruckshank heads up the firm’s Commercial Law Team and Conveyancing Team. Skilled in meeting the demanding time-frames often required in the commercial area to achieve our clients’ outcomes, Anna aims to provide an effective, personalised service in a client-friendly environment.

As the Managing Director of Aubrey Brown, Anna is also responsible for the day to day running of the business.

Having started working with Aubrey Brown in 1990 as a law clerk, she has been qualified as a lawyer for over 20 years. Anna has extensive experience in a broad range of legal areas. However, she has practised exclusively in the Commercial Law area for the past 11 years.

Anna works closely with clients from a range of industries including pharmacy, medical, registered clubs, building, childcare, hospitality and wineries.

In addition to Commercial Law, Anna is also an accredited mediator, and an accredited collaborative lawyer.

Anna is also an honorary director of the Stan Ralph Foundation, a trust which administers funding for the support of local indigenous children. She is also a director of the Gulang Trust.
