Andrew Wilson is an experienced litigation and dispute resolution lawyer. He has expertise in Building and Construction Law; Corporate and Commercial Law; Criminal Law; Employment Law; Insolvency; and Work Health and Safety.

His background includes private practice, conducting prosecutions for the Director of Public Prosecutions (NSW) and working as an advisor for the Attorney General.

Andrew has appeared or instructed counsel in the Supreme Court, Federal Court, District Court, Federal Circuit Court, Industrial Relations Commission, Fair Work Commission, NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal and the Local Court.

He has represented clients from a range of industries including automotive; building and construction; entertainment and sport; hospitality; government; health and medical; insolvency; not for profit; real estate; and registered clubs.

Andrew is an experienced negotiator and has successfully resolved difficult and complex disputes. He is experienced in various forms of alternative dispute resolution including mediation, conciliation, adjudication and arbitration.

Andrew is a member of the Litigation Law and Practice and Employment Law Committees of the Law Society of NSW. Andrew is a patrolling member of the North Avoca Beach Lifesaving Club.
